Data and Account Requests

Account Deletion Request

If you want to permanently delete your account and all your data, you can submit your request by sending us an e-mail via the e-mail address matching your account. Your request will be fulfilled within 3 business days at the latest.

Data Access and Control

You can contact us to find out what data of yours is stored or to request a copy of your personal data.

Note on Children's Privacy

You have complete control over the child profiles and data created under your supervision. You can request the deletion of these profiles or data at any time. Family safety is our number one priority.

What is Famly?
Famly is a private sharing space that brings all generations in your family together safely and calmly, away from the chaos of modern social media. It features a system (Family Rounds) that allows everyone to share one photo a day.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your photos and chats are stored on our secure servers where only your family can see them. At Famly, where there are no algorithms, your data is never sold to third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
How does the invite code work?
The app is closed to the outside. Only people who have the special invite code (or link) shared by the family creator can join the family group. Uninvited guests cannot access the inside without the code.
